Teams You Can Join
Customer Support & Enrollment
Our support specialists help applicants understand eligibility, submit complete applications, and activate their devices. Ideal for people who are patient, empathetic, and comfortable explaining complex programs in simple language.
Field Outreach & Community Partnerships
Outreach specialists build relationships with community organizations, housing authorities, food banks, and non-profits to make sure eligible households hear about the program and know how to apply.
Operations & Compliance
Operations teams manage application workflows, quality reviews, documentation, and regulatory reporting to ensure we meet all FCC, Lifeline, and ACP requirements.
Technology & Product
Our technology group builds and maintains the tools applicants and support agents rely on every day—from eligibility calculators to secure document handling and internal dashboards.
What We Look For
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct and program integrity
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with documentation and checklists
- Experience in telecom, government programs, customer support, or compliance (a plus but not always required)
- Ability to work with sensitive personal information in a confidential manner
